From the fine print I see AFC and SSC,on the fine print.
Lets face it who ever is so s.#@ scare that they must resort to such a stupid idea.
Wonder if there will be gaurds at the two flying sites,to stop/arrest any one who are not a member of any club or associatiion to fly,seen that as far as I know there was none mentioned on tv or radio.
My wish Thunder Lightning Snow Rain 24/24 31/31 from Thursday on.
Maybe blowing all those Vuvuzellas will bring the staduims down.

The effect that you see in the picture is almost certainly caused by the “rolling shutter” effect associated with CMOS sensor cameras such as the one used in your iPhone. First of all, your camera doesn’t use a global shutter, instead it updates the CMOS sensor by scanning it from top to bottom. If the camera or an object in the view is moving horizontally while the image is scanned, you will see a bending distortion. The distortion is most noticeable on vertical structures, such as lamp posts.

The shock of the cannon firing most likely made you jerk the camera while taking the picture, hence the distortion.
Your explanation sounds much nicer though
